We got married at Andaz on Fifth Avenue on a beautiful spring day. Andaz is unique as it has these four distinct areas: a ceremony space with a library feel, an intimate bar, a dining room overlooking the public library and an integrated cocktail and kitchen area where guests can watch food being prepared. And it’s in the middle of Manhattan! I wore a silk dress with a feather in my hair. Sarah Brysk Cohen from Blossom and Branch made me an incredible spring flower bouquet – a bright, colorful and intricate design – as well as the arrangements on our tables: two very long tables covered in Moroccan lanterns, candles in antique gold votives and various silver and gold vases holding blue thistle, spray roses, anemones, ranunculus and other extraordinary flowers.
