Real wedding: Emily + Jamie

wedding rings

Emily & Jamie met in high school, so this was a wedding a long time in the making, filled with friends, family and love!  Making it less formal by hosting it at their favorite restaurant definitely gave it a more party feel.

How do you sum up the best day of your life?
-good food, good wine, good friends, good family, good music, lots of love (and a good photographer)

We decided to have our wedding in one of our favorite places to eat and drink and keep it small so it would feel more like a dinner party. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better venue and the staff was amazing.  A lot of our friends and family donated their artistic abilities to us and helped create the look and feel that day which made it even more special.

My wife and I met in high school and reconnected years later in Los Angeles so a lot of our guests were from back home which was great. Watching so many people who hadn’t met before the wedding become friends that night was one of our favorite things to see.
