Introducing Brooklyn Living

introducing

Its been 2 weeks since Brooklyn Living launched, and I just realized I never told you guys about it officially, so consider this your heads up!  Its quite a long time in the making (I think 3 years?), and really came from me wanting to have a voice in other topics, not just weddings.  My Pinterest page has been a great outlet for me, but there are always things I’d love to be able to share with you, the readers, and I felt like a blog would be a good place to start.  By all means, starting a new blog isn’t easy…starting one in 2015 vs 2007 back when Brooklyn Bride started, is COMPLETELY different.  There are so many things to think about like editorial calendars, social media strategies, content, etc etc…I don’t want to feel pressured but at the same time you have to think about all these things.  I started Brooklyn Bride years 8 years ago to document my wedding for myself, and I feel like I want Brooklyn Living to be the same way.  Just a natural progression from bridal to talking about things after the wedding, from babies to home design to honestly, whatever is interesting me at the moment, and all with a modern perspective.  I invite you to check it out and follow along through the RSS feed or via social media (cuz you just gotta have it!), and if you’ve got any topics you’d like me to consider discussing (perhaps questions on interior design?), please email me, I’d love to hear from you!
