Since we’re on the topic of chocolates, I couldn’t forget mentioning one of my favorite places for treats, Vosges. We got a box of their exotic caramels here at the office last Christmas, and I’ve been hooked ever since. With truffle flavors like Naga (curry + coconut + milk chocolate) or Black Pearl (ginger + wasabi + sesame seeds + dark chocolate), its like nothing you’ve ever tasted, and I’m sure your guests would agree. And for those of you with purple in your wedding scheme, their boxes are the prettiest shade of violet.
