I was very excited to finally see Bonbon Oiseau‘s goods in person at the Divine Studio Holiday Craft Sale. Deborah makes beautiful jewelry, in addition to bridal hair pieces, flower tucks, and corsages….she will even work with you for a custom piece!

The Divine Studio Holiday Craft Sale was in my opinion, the best one of this season. Granted, it was small…only a handful of designers, but all were top-notch, so it was worth the trip. Handle + Spout was one designer I discovered…they design really cute tote bags, but my favorite were the felt butterflies…I can see these clipped onto presents, or even on your flowergirls dress! I bought a few for my tree, but they might make an appearance at the wedding too!
I’ll post some more vendors from the sale for the rest of this week!

Just got the new issue of Martha Stewart, and its full of gems…I especially loved the section on regional favors…its great for couples who come from different states like Chad [louisiana] and me [ny/nj]…

We ladies love getting pampered….why not send your bridesmaids off for a little R+R?
- d’mai urban spa [i've tried this one....heaven in brooklyn!]
- Oasis Day Spa
- Equinox – the spa
- Aveda Institutes – nationwide, these schools for Aveda have guest services like facials, massages, and manicures for a fraction of what it would cost anywhere else! I had a facial and foot massage for around $50!
- sign up with spaweek – every so often they run deals with a bunch of spas

Just noticed the other day that I was under the “Sites We Like” over at Bluelines blog. I can’t tell you how sad I am to hear about the magazine shutting down, but I’m glad we’ll still be inspired through the website. thanks bluelines!
