Anjum and Mikey are having an Indian wedding in July 2010. Because their wedding will be a very traditional (and colorful!) Indian wedding, we wanted to do something fun and cross-cultural for their engagement session. We started out with a modern session outside of a really delicious local Sushi restaurant. Then the couple ordered a roll of sushi and drank some bubba tea with funky straws. Finally, we ended up in a more natural setting to take some soft and romantic images.
This engagement session is so great because it became a mix of Japanese, Indian, and American cultures and managed to be modern and fun all at the same time.
Fun and colorful, just the way an engagement shoot should be!

Yet again another fab engagement shoot by the talented Katie Stoops. Where does she find all these amazing locations??

Its fun to see a shoot where its like the couple is just living their lives and they just happen to be dressed in fabulous clothes with a talented photographer following them around. Chad and I should do that more often!

I love this engagement shoot by Bonnie Tsang…I even love the way she arranges her photos and add captions so artfully. And by the way, I’ve been obsessed with that wallpaper ever since I saw it a year ago!
