I recently received a package of yummy cookies from Erin at O’Cookies. Being that they are healthy [no trans fats and organic] I was a little skeptical about the taste…but having sampled the White Chocolate Cranberry Oat and the Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat, I’m a total convert. You won’t have to feel guilty about giving these little guys as favors to your guests!
O’Cookies is our original line of decadent healthy treats. Offered in a few varieties of wholesome flavors, O’Cookies prides itself in the fact that all cookies produced are completely organic and low in fat and cholesterol. Oh, yeah, they also have no trans fats, or hydrogenated oils…
Only the highest-quality chocolates and naturally dried fruits are used. Our cookies are made with a whole wheat flour blend for optimal health, unrefined sugars and egg whites only. Very little butter is used along with fruits that keep O’Cookies down in the fat and cholesterol content and only contain “good for you” calories to get you through your day and satisfy that hungering for something sweet.

At the gift show a few weeks ago I spotted these adorable new salt+pepper sets from Jonathan Adler…they’d make great engagement gifts, cake toppers, figurines…pretty much they’re good for anything you can dream up!

Laura sent me these adorable clutches last night, perfect for brides and their bridesmaids! These and many others are available from NELLE Handbags.

After the Divine Studio Craft Sale, we grabbed brunch, then headed over the Bust Craftacular…another excellent sale! It was just as crowded as last year, but equally as fun. Saw Tara from Ink+Wit and Julie from Bow+Arrow…both had some great new designs…Tara’s new tea towels are my favorites. Jenny seemed to enjoy the Luchador masks…:)

We thought really long and hard about gifts for our bridal party and parents, and this is what we came up with.
For our parents, we got Jessica Rust family tree platters…at the bottom we had their wedding anniversaries, and one one of the branches, we had ours. We handed them out at the rehearsal dinner and they really enjoyed them!
For the bridesmaids, I collected some of my favorite things from Brooklyn and beyond and tucked them into a Fishes Eddy Brooklyn tote…clockwise from the left: flip and tumble tote, Love coasters from Sesame Letterpress, personalized bowl from Paloma’s Nest, journal from Paper+Cup, and postcards from Simply Photo.
For the groomsmen, Chad bought everyone Faber Castell fountain pens…this black wood finish was really slick. I wouldn’t mind one of these for myself…
