A heart themed wedding can be a bit obvious, but used in a new way it can be fun and playful. Use the heart symbol on anything from the bridesmaid dress to the cake topper to the dessert. There are so many ways to work it in!
- Metallic heart pinata
- Heart candles
- Heart napkins
- Guests lined up in a heart shape for a photo. (A little cheeseball but so fun!)
- Disco ball heart to give to guests as a favor.
- Cross-stitched heart cookies
- Heart garlands
- Heart shaped bridesmaid dresses

Such a lovely Valentine from Rifle Paper Co…but would make a great card to your sweetheart on your wedding day too.

These heart shaped doily prints from Ashley Goldberg would make lovely Valentine’s gifts, thought I could also seem them worked into an uber-cool save the date! And through Jan 26, $5 of each sale will go to the Red Cross for Haiti.

Here are some save-the-dates I designed for a darling NYC bride! I just loved her idea of incorporating antique keys. We are printing these digitally, but we’ll be gocco-ing her invites & RSVP cards. I’m in Raleigh, NC, where we’ve just had a 90-degree day- Jen’s colors are a refreshingly cool retreat for me!
