You guys! I can’t believe Weddings in Color is almost out in stores and online! You may remember back when I first told you about the book that it was supposed to come out in January of 2016….well then it got pushed to November of this year, but with it being so close to my due date with Baby B, we were able to push it up even further to October 13! Thats next week! And to top it all off, this past Thursday we were super excited to find out that Weddings in Color made it to Amazon’s best new books of October list in the Crafts, Hobbies and Homes category! I guess that means we did something right with going with our gut and putting out the book we wished we had when planning our own weddings. Minhee and I are so proud of how it came out and are so excited to get it into your hands!
So you’ve seen the invitations by Paper+Cup Design…now check out the websites you can get to match! Fun right? There are multiple color variations of each design so you dont have to stick with the colors you see here, but we made sure they were all bright and poppy! You’ll be able to see any upcoming designs under the Wedsites tab above.
I’d love to know what you think….do you have any favs?

Thanks to this blog, I’ve been lucky enough to make friends with lots of the people I write about, and Minhee from Paper+Cup Design is no exception. I had been a huge fan of her work even before I got to know her, and now having gotten to know her, Truman and even little TJ, has made it all the more special! Which is why I’m so proud of Paper+Craft, the book she and Truman just released with stylist Randi Brookman Harris…its chock full of beautifully designed crafts that are super easy to make for any occasion.
Like the DIY project below…these would make for fun gifts or cake toppers, and its super duper easy!
Mini christmas tree or plant
Thin strips of wooden sticks

+ Place a piece of tape on top of the photo and stick it on top of the black paper
+ Take your scissors and cut around the photo shape

+ Place the photo on top to enclose the stick inside the 2 pieces of paper

+ + + + + + + + + + + + + + + +
Chronicle Books is letting me giveaway 3 copies, and I’ve got a special FOURTH copy that is autographed by Minhee, Truman and Randi to giveaway myself…you’ll definitely want to get your hands on this! Leave a comment below about what you’d use the book for, and 4 winners will be announced on Monday. Good luck!
