And the deals keep on rolling in! If you haven’t caught onto this little inkling, I kind of like shopping a lot. Not just shopping, but deals. Wonderful, wonderful deals. I know what it’s like to set a wedding budget, ATTEMPT to abide by it, only to realize that WHAT. I forgot to include a reception dress in the budget! Before you start panicking and considering nixing the open bar (never do this, ladies!), take a look at these gorgeous gowns. Best part? Everything is under $200. Breathe easy. – Tram @ Phi-Style.com

Super excited to introduce one of our newest contributors, Brittany from The House That Lars Built! I’ve continually been inspired by her work ever seeing the giant paper flowers she made for her wedding, as I’m sure you have as well. Welcome Brittany!
Deciding what to wear for my wedding about a year ago brought out the indecisive in me. One day I wanted to go art deco glamour and the next English country. One thing was for sure though: no princess! Though I loved what I wore—my mom’s old dress— I forgot jewelry entirely and would have loved to have donned a veil or hat of some sort. Oh well! I still think about looks I wish I could have rocked including this casual & cute ensemble. I love the idea of being able to reuse the wedding items and this definitely fits the bill. – Brittany

Monique Lhuillier pleasantly surprised me this season with a little less sparkle but a lot of gorgeous details, draping and silhouettes.

Stunning dresses from more of my favorites: Junko Yoshioka (she made my wedding dress!), Kenneth Pool, Marchesa and Ulla-Maija.
