Perhaps not THE most important accessory a bride carries or wears on her wedding day, but an important one nonetheless. Where else to keep your lipstick, some tissues, and your cell phone? No need for a clutch on your big day? A pretty clutch would also make a great bridesmaid gift! Currently loving these great super-boxy, angular clutches. – Tram @ Phi-Style.com

Gingham may not necessarily be synonymous with “modern,” but with a keen styling eye, gingham is a great way to add a twist to a modern palette. It’s fun and whimsical, and can be easily adapted to a variety of color palettes and stylized details. Also, have you seen that drapey organza Marc Jacobs dress up there? LOVE! – Tram @ Phi-Style.com

The gowns from Ines Di Santo were pretty amazing up close…though I have to say my favorite wasn’t a wedding dress at all…this black stunner was INSANE with the details!

I just got back from a 2 week trip to Iceland that rocked my world. From the mountains to the hot springs, to the fashion, Iceland was very much the charmer. I had the lucky fortune to be there for a fashion exhibition at the National Museum, which showed a collection of dress from the 20th century where I became enamored with this wool wedding dress:
Have you ever seen a wedding dress made of wool? This 1959 high-waisted A-lin was inspired by Audrey Hepburn and was made by dressmaker Sigríði Bjardnadóttir for Greta Håkansson. I love how the designer took a very Icelandic element (wool) and created something very au courant. Notice the bouquet and hat made of the same material and style.
