The New Modern: Winter White

Hello and happy winter! The temperature outside has dropped and the days are now short. Winter has arrived and it’s time to cozy up. Now, there is a lot of inspiration out there for winter tablescapes, ranging from the traditional to the kitsch and they all have there place. But for our December table –  I thought let’s keep it simple and white with lots of candle light. Mounds of fake snow hide the floral foam that anchors the flocked branches. Simple arrangements of dusty miller and eucalyptus bring some blue gray color to the design. Adrienne found these great ikat plates so we had some pattern to play with. I think any similar graphic would work. A little bird and pine cone napkin rings add a whimsical touch. Overall a very easy table to create. Wishing everyone a great holiday season! – Denise
