When Matt found this gorgeous, modern minimalist cabin in Pound Ridge on Airbnb, he knew it was the perfect place to pop the question to Danielle. He disguised it as a regular weekend getaway, but little did she know that he had already scoped out the picturesque jetty and enlisted Heather of Apollo Fields to capture the special moment. After Danielle hopped in the shower to get ready for the day, Matt ran down to the jetty with the rose petals he had hidden in his car the day before, placed them in the shape of a heart, and then ran back up to the cabin to take Danielle to “brunch”. When she was ready to go, he suggested they check out the lake before heading out so they walked down to the petal-strewn jetty. After reading her a heartfelt note and getting down on one knee, Danielle said yes without hesitation! Check out their gorgeous session below!
