How did you meet?
We met at a party in high school, kept in touch, met again in 2013 when we were 21 and we’ve been inseparable since.
What is your proposal story?
CJ proposed to me right before our 5 year anniversary in Paris in front of the Eiffel Tower, it was magical.
Tell us a little a bit about your wedding.
For the ceremony we kept it more of a city chic vibe, so we went with very small white rose boutonnières adorned with silver dollars and matching bouquets for the bridesmaids.
Tell us about your attire choices.
I had Jimmy Choo bridal shoes and CJ wore Gucci loafers. I spent the least on my dress — $200 online from ASOS because I couldn’t wear my custom Ryan and Walter gown since I am saving it for our wedding next year in Jamaica.
What was the most important to the two of you while planning? Was there anything that you chose to splurge on or skip?
The limo and hotel were definitely worth it to keep our bridal party together and made it easier .
What were your favorite parts of the day?
I’m so happy we chose to do a first look it brings tears to my eyes thinking back to that special moment – it was everything. it was such an amazing moment i’m happy it’ll forever be memorialized with the beautiful photos.
